Pedro Vigil was born in Gijón (Asturias, Spain) in 1972; he formed part of one of the most important Spanish indie bands from the nineties: Penelope Trip. He stayed in the band since 1990 till they broke up in 1997. Before the band split, Pedro and Luigi Navarro had formed Edwin Moses in 1996 and signed for the label Siesta; Pablo Errea joined the band as the main vocalist in 1999. Later on, Pedro would start a solo sideproject (Vigil), which would also release its records through Siesta.

Pedro Vigil has developed a long musical trajectory as a musician, arranger, composer or producer and he has worked with many outstanding projects, such as Nosoträsh, Mus, Nacho Vegas, La Buena Vida, Manta Ray, Clyde, Australian Blonde, Pedru Pereira, Australian Blonde & Steve Wynn...
